Task Force: Green Hydrogen
The production of hydrogen via water electrolysis is regarded as a pivotal element in accelerating the energy transition towards our shared objective of carbon neutrality. It can be used to decarbonize challenging sectors such as chemicals and steel production, or serve as a storage vector for so-called "dark doldrums" (periods of low wind and solar power generation). The objective of our joint task force is to facilitate collaboration on Turkish-German hydrogen projects and provide a platform for bilateral Exchange.
The Task Force's core topics are:
- Regulation
- Infrastructure
- Hydrogen technologies
